Youth Worker Sabbath offers a time to refresh and re-energize after a long summer. All Youth Workers are invited to come fellowship, share best practices, rest, and recharge. We will laugh, learn, and worship together. A schedule is in place; however, you are invited to use the time as you need.

Evey is a writer, improv theologian, pilgrim, Deacon in the UMC, pastor, traveler, deep listener, advocate for justice, improviser, practicer of yoga, and lover of coffee, Cane Rosso, and the ocean.
She writes liturgy, poetry, articles, and curriculum with the Missional Wisdom Foundation, with focus on improv theology, vocational discernment, the journey of pilgrimage, reconciliation, healthy community, hospitality, and safe and brave space.

Youth Worker Sabbath is $125 per person (less $25 Early Bird Discount if registered and paid by July 12, 2019). Your price includes five meals, and lodging for two nights (two or three persons to a room). We will try to accommodate room requests on a first come, first served basis. Registration closes on August 1, 2019.

To reserve your spot, and take advantage of the Early Bird rate, your payment must be postmarked (or received online) by July 12th. Registrations without payment are incomplete. If you do not wish to pay online, payments made be mailed to Central Texas Conference of the UMC, 3200 E. Rosedale St., Ft. Worth, TX, 76105 (Attn: MaDora Ratliff). Please indicate in the remittance advice that this payment is for the Youth Worker Sabbath.
Check-in will begin at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 8th. Please note, checking in before that time will not be an option.
