Have you figured out how you are going to honor your mother this Sunday? Of course, we are not suggesting that the fine folks of the Central Texas Conference are not excellent every day in keeping with the 5th commandment. But we all know that the second Sunday in May is THE day in which we all go above and beyond to show our love, gratitude and respect to the mothers in our lives. Whether you take her out to a nice brunch, shower her with some lovely gifts, spend some quality time in fellowship or even just give her an hour of peace and quiet, there’s little doubt that your mom deserves the best.
However you plan to celebrate mom this year, we certainly hope that it includes a digital camera and a willingness to share because CTCUMC.org would love to see and feature some of the best of the best photos from this year’s celebrations. If you take a picture that you think captures the spirit of mom, please send it to
vance@ctcumc.org by 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 10 and we’ll post up as many as we can later next week. If you don’t want your photos to be available for public viewing via the CTCUMC.org website, please don’t send them in. Also, please send the photos as jpegs if at all possible.
