Mid-Winter is going virtual! Get ready for an amazing weekend as Central Texas Conference Youth in grades 6th-12th join together online for worship, small groups, music, and fellowship. Due to COVID-19, the difficult decision was made to hold Mid-Winter 2021 online, but be assured your CCYM has been very busy making plans to bring you the best event possible.

This event is 100% virtual. During the weekend we will explore parables that Jesus taught through our theme, “Side by Side.” We will gather online for three times of worship and five small group sessions. Your students and adults will participate in four small groups led by our Conference Council on Youth Ministry (CCYM). They will get to meet students and adults from other churches across our conference in these small groups. One small group session (Sunday am) will be led by you, as your Group’s Leader, and will provide a time for your participants to meet as a youth group. We are looking forward to connecting with you in this new way in February 2021!

• The first step is Group Registration (required). If you are the primary *Group Leader of your Youth Ministry (usually Youth Director, but perhaps another title describes you better), scroll down to Group Registration on this page. 
• A $30 Group Registration fee is all that is needed to cover all participants for the online event.
• All participants (including Group Leaders) must register individually, selecting their church group on the registration form. It will be important to provide an email address. No fee will be charged to individuals, unless they select the option to purchase a Mid-Winter t-shirt ($15). Please scroll down to Individual Registration on this page.

This is a required step. Group Registration allows CCYM to make initial plans and preparations for Mid-Winter and to communicate directly with Group Leaders. $30 registration fee will cover all participants in your group for the online event. Click Here for a Mid-Winter schedule.

Here's where Individuals register

For Individuals (students and adults) 

There is no additional cost for Individual Participants beyond the initial $30 Group Registration fee. Please provide a good email address; you are encouraged to double check it for accuracy.

When you register, you will be given the opportunity to purchase a Mid-Winter 2021 t-shirt for $15. Proceeds from t-shirt sales will go to the Youth Service Fund. YSF is money raised by youth, for youth, for youth purposes. You may pay online with PayPal (preferred) or send a check to Central Texas Conference, 3200 E. Rosedale St., Fort Worth, TX, 76105. Please include "Mid-Winter t-shirt" and the Participant name/s on the memo line. T-shirts will be delivered to your Group Leader for distribution.

Please note, individuals must attend with a pre-registered group. We are unable to accommodate individuals not attached to a church group. If your church group is not found in the drop-down menu, please email StudentMinistry@ctcumc.org.

The week before the event, you will receive a link which will allow you to participate in the event.

Additional information for your church group:

• Your group must provide at least two adults for every 15 students.It is ideal to have both male and female adults. Adults must have completed the 5 steps of MinistrySafe. Adults must be 21 years of age by February 18, 2021.

• No later than 2 weeks prior to the event, you will be required to submit a MinistrySafe Compliance Form via email (preferred) to StudentMinistry@ctcumc.org, or by mailing to CTCUMC Youth Ministries, 3200 E. Rosedale St., Fort Worth, TX, 76105.
