CTCYM Advisory & Task Force Team

CTCYM puts faith into action.  As a CTCYM participant, you have the opportunity to extend your involvement as a member of the CTCYM Advisory & Task Force Team.  This group supports CTCYM by helping to evaluate and plan the mission trips, assisting in training events and Closing Worship, and advising on policies and guidelines.

The Team consists of two classes with a mix of youth, lay adults, and clergy adults.  A new class is elected each year for a two-year term based on Advisory & Task Force Team applications. ATFT members have the option of serving an additional third year on the team. Adults may not serve on more than one conference youth ministry team a year (i.e. ATFT or CCYM).

The Advisory & Task Force Team (ATFT), Class of 2021, will plan the trips for 2020 and 2021.  Please read the eligibility requirements below, and prayerfully consider if God is calling you to serve on ATFT.  To apply, please (legibly) complete the application and email, fax, or mail it to the Conference Service Center. Application must be received in our office no later than August 1, 2019.  Faxing or emailing is encouraged; if mailing to CTC Service Center, please allow adequate time for it to be received into our office by the deadline. Late applications cannot be accepted.
