Reverend Meg Witmer-Faile, Associate Director
Here to facilitate our conference Churches in effective, transformative, and Holy Spirit led Church growth and development. Meg brings to our team a unique blend of experience and expertise from the hospitality industry, higher education, and most recently, local church pastoral leadership. Her passion for extending warm and gracious hospitality to all people, connecting people with each other and with the Gospel, is grounded in her faith and family, in rich diverse cultural experiences, and in a commitment to collaborative lifelong learning. As second-career clergy, Meg’s ministry in the local church is informed by her corporate and educational experiences, including 16 years in hospitality industry operations management and eleven years in higher education. Along with her husband, Rev. Tom Faile, Meg has been active in many of our conference churches for the past 20 years, including First UMC Arlington, University UMC, and Faith UMC. Meg also served as Associate Pastor of Connecting and Congregational Care at First Keller before serving as Lead Pastor at Brock UMC. Meg and her husband Tom have a blended family of three children and four grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family, traveling, cooking, reading and art.
