How To Attach A Document To Your Form

There are a few forms that require you to attach an extra form - like the PSCF. Here are the steps to make that happen.

• Save the file to your computer on another external source.
• Click the Attach File Button
• Find and click on the file you saved on your PC, then click Next
• You should see a link to the form appear below the Attach File button
