For the best user interface, please complete all 2016 Charge Conference forms on a laptop or desktop computer and not a mobile/tablet device.
While the CTC Communications & IT team continues to improve the Charge Conference form submission process each year, there are still some technology limitations that cannot be avoided. For instance, while every effort has been made to allow these forms to be accessed, completed and submitted across multiple technology platforms, anyone using a tablet or mobile device (other than a laptop) will likely experience some technical difficulties during the process.
