The CTC Communications & IT team continues to work to make the Charge Conference form submission process as seamless and convenient as possible. However, there are still some technology constraints that cannot be avoided. For instance, while every effort has been made to allow these forms to be accessed, completed and submitted across multiple technology platforms, anyone using a tablet or other mobile device other than a laptop will likely experience some type of technical difficulty during the process. For the best user interface, please complete all 2014 Charge Conference forms on a laptop or desktop computers.

For the best user interface, please complete all 2016 Charge Conference forms on a laptop or desktop computer and not a mobile/tablet device, and avoid the Chrome browser if possible as it causes intermittent issues when submitting.
While the CTC Communications & IT team continues its effort to improve the Charge Conference form submission process and make it as convenient as possible,
