Council on Finance & Administration to Offer Q&A Meetings on 2022 Budget
-
Zoom Meetings open to all voting members of AC21
-
Two meeting times announced for Wednesday, June 16 – 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Due to the truncated agenda and hybrid (online and in-person) format of the 2021 Central Texas Annual Conference meeting, voting on agenda items – like the proposed 2022 Conference Budget – is scheduled to take place on the same day that the items/reports are presented to the conference. To provide the clergy and lay members of Annual Conference with ample opportunity to seek clarification and/or additional information on the proposed budget for 2022, the Central Texas Conference Council on Finance and Administration (CFA) will be offering two Question & Answer meeting opportunities via Zoom on Wednesday, June 16.
Gary Sult, President of CFA, and Jeff Roper, Conference Benefits Officer and Executive Director of the Robert’s Center for Leadership, will be on hand to answer your questions and provide any additional information on the budget at 9 a.m. and again at 5:30 p.m., June 16.
The meetings are open to all voting members of the 2021 Central Texas Annual Conference. Registration is not required for either the 9 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. meeting.
Registered members of AC21 will receive an email from their district with Zoom access info. If you don't receive the Zoom access info, please contact your district office or email
vancemorton@ctcumc.org.
The CFA report begins on page 55 of the Preliminary Report.
