Hotel Information

The Central Texas 2015 Annual Conference block of hotel rooms in the White's Chapel UMC area have been confirmed for June 7-9. Rooms are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. So make your reservations today! If you are trying to book room/rooms before or after these dates, the negotiated rates below may not apply. In order to receive the negotiated block rates, please ask for CTC Annual Conference check in on June 7. Once they find our group’s block of rooms, you can then ask if they can accommodate an earlier check in or later check-out date. PLEASE NOTE: When making your hotel reservations, you might want to consider booking your room through June 9. The 2015 Annual Conference is scheduled to conclude around 5:30 - 6 p.m. on June 9. However, there is a chance that the conference might not adjourn until later that evening since Bishop Lowry will not gavel the proceedings closed before all the required business of the conference has been concluded. As such, delegates who are facing a long drive home, especially those who aren’t fans of driving at night, are asked to please consider booking your room for Tuesday night, June 9 and enjoying one more lovely evening in the DFW metroplex.
