The 2021 Central Texas Annual Conference Offering will go to support Methodist Justice Ministry (MJM) and Justice For Our Neighbors (JFON) - two organizations focused on working with, helping and ministering to some of the most vulnerable and marginalized members of our society - children and families dealing with domestic abuse and immigrants. All offerings received in-person and electronically during AC21 or mailed to the Conference Office will be split between the two organizations.
Methodist Justice Ministry began in 2006 “to provide light and hope to victims of traumatic domestic violence and neglect.” Their work provides free legal representation and ongoing support to mothers and children and leads victims of abuse out of fear, abuse, and violence and into safe, nurturing, and productive new lives. Learn more here or go to methodistjusticeministry.org.
Justice For Our Neighbors offers free and affordable, high-quality immigration legal services, provides education to the public and engages in advocacy with and for our immigrant neighbors. Legal services are provided by a licensed immigration attorney who remains with their case until relief is granted or all avenues are exhausted. Click here to learn more or visit jfondfw.org.
You may give electronically via a "Text-to-Give" feature, by mailing a check to the CTC Service Center or, in-person by cash or check if you have reserved a seat to participate at AC21 in-person.
