The 2020 Central Texas Conference Clergy Session will be convened and conducted via a Zoom Webinar beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, June 15. Registration is required for the meeting. Participants may register up to the day of the session and even after the meeting has begun, but this will delay joining the meeting. As such, those wishing to attend the session are urged to click on the registration button above and complete the simple registration process as soon as possible. After completion of the quick registration process, a unique link will be emailed with instructions on how to access the meeting. Please do not share this link.

Please note that this is a Zoom Webinar not a Zoom call or meeting like many have participated in over the past few months. The Zoom Webinar tool has a few distinct differences and there are some brief steps that participants need to take to ensure full and effective participation in the meeting. Please click the Zoom Requirements & Instructions button above for full details and instructions.

Voting will be done via the Zoom online polling feature. Please remember that according to ¶ 602.1a of the Book of Discipline, only the ordained clergy in full connection and the laity and Local Pastors and/or Associate Members who are members of the Board of Ordained Ministry may vote. Please see the Instructions for the 2020 CTC Clergy Executive Session section above for more info.

A pdf of the Business of the Annual Conference – Board of Ministry Questions 17 – 71 report or BAC and a pdf of the slides that will be used during Monday’s meeting are also available by clicking on the appropriate buttons above.
