  • Lunch is provided (Glen Lake Camp can accommodate diabetic, vegetarian, and gluten allergy needs; please include this information on your participant list).

 

 

Cost for UNITE: A group payment of $15 per person is due at or before the event. Please note: there is no individual registration for UNITE. You will submit a participant list (see below) to Claire Condrey two weeks prior to the date of your event, bringing an updated list to camp should you have any changes.

 

The Glen Lake Waiver must be turned in for each participant at Check-in. As Group Leader, you are responsible for having medical information and releases for your participants

 

Please bring at least two adults for every 15 students. To count in ratio, adults must be at least 21 years of age by September 23, 2016. If you have adults who are not yet 21 years of age, but are involved in your Junior High ministry, these adults may attend to support your group, but they will not be counted in your adult-to-student ratio. Persons must be at least 18 years old and one full year out of high school to be considered an adults. All adults must have completed all five steps of MinistrySafe.

 

You will be required to submit a MinistrySafe Compliance Form two weeks prior to your event.

Group - What to Bring List (suggested, not required):

  • Medical Kit (CTCYM Kit is great if you have one)
  • Bug Spray and Sunscreen 
  • Sheets/blankets, should participants want to eat picnic style
  • Outdoor/sports folding chairs, should you want them for free time
  • Extra reusable water bottles
  • Feel free to bring snacks for your group (no items with peanuts or tree nuts). Specific to Session 2, please do not bring anything with pineapple.
   

Individual - What to Bring List:

  • Reusable Water Bottle
  • Swim Suit (Glen Lake policy: modest, one-piece or tankini: fabric must touch)
  • Towel Change of Clothes (optional- changing space limited)
  • Sunscreen
  • Close-toed shoes (sneakers) – must wear these in order to participate in Team Builders
  • Shoes that can get wet (water shoes)
  • Backpack (optional) 
  • Optional: Money for the Camp Store, Threads of Hope Bracelets, and more!
