While communications is an integral part of all aspects of the conference, especially in the Nurture, Outreach and Witness functions, the Commission on Communications relates primarily to the Witness Council. Communications focuses on:
• providing a variety of new sources for the distribution of information;
• for electronic networking;
• benevolence interpretation;
• media and public relations;
• crisis communications management and training, and
• working in collaboration with Evangelism and the Igniting Ministry campaign.
