Healthy Church Initiative
The Healthy Church Initiative (HCI) was formed to help revitalize churches and aid them in fulfilling The Great Commission. Through a combination of continuous learning, coaching and consultation, this process helps congregations more effectively join God in God’s mission. After having successfully implemented this process in the Missouri Annual Conference for several years, we are bringing this process of transformation to the Central Texas Conference.
Two distinct initiatives within HCI have been designed to address the unique needs of varying sized churches:
- LARGER CHURCH INITIATIVE - The Larger Church Initiative focuses on mid- and large-membership churches to help pastors and lay leaders work together in transforming their congregation. Learn more.
- SMALL CHURCH INITIATIVE - The Small Church Initiative addresses the unique obstacles faced by small membership churches. Learn more.

The next group of classes will begin in September 2012. Contact your District Superintendent if you are interested in joining the September classes.
