Committee on Investigation
There is a Committee on Investigation which, when needed, examines allegations in a judicial complaint to determine if a bill of charges and specifications should be brought to trial. The committee does not determine innocence or guilt. In carrying out its function, the committee must follow all of the Discipline’s fair process requirements.
