For the second year, the CTCYM Advisory Committee invites you to join us in reaching Beyond Our Borders and help build six wells for Liberian communities in desperate need of clean drinking water!
Project: Water for Life
CTCYM Goal: $9,900
Enough to build approximately 6 safe water wells.
Advance Project #3020811: Your church will receive contribution credit for any gifts to Advance special projects.
Participation is simple:
- Let the CTCYM office know if you plan to participate!
- Plan a fundraiser and decide whether it will be Saturday, Sunday or both.
- Promote your fundraiser using the resources below.
- After your fundraiser is complete, send what you’ve raised in the form of a church check along with the CTCYM Beyond Our Borders Group Donation form to CTCYM.

Letters and E-mails - the e-mail and letter are virtually the same. Choose your preferred method of delivery. The e-mail has live links while the letter directs readers to web addresses for more information.
Posters - two versions of the same documents are included here: An editable Microsoft Publisher file; and a non-editable PDF file which has space for you to hand-write important details.
Newsletter Article: this is a text file of an article to include in your church newsletter. Two images are also provided to include with your article.

Update
As of 11/11/11, the Central Texas Conference has raised over $3,000.00 for Beyond our Borders, benefiting the Advance Special Water for Life. This is enough for at least two fresh-water wells! Many, many thanks to the following churches who participated in fundraising for this cause:
