Online Access for Bank Card
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ONLINE ACCESS
Accessing your account online is strictly optional at this time. Please be aware that due to the security of the online access, setting up your online access will take 5 to 10 minutes. Plan to have on hand your card and the e-mail with the temporary password information. Then, follow these steps:
- Log onto JP Morgan Chase Smart Data Online: https://sdol.mastercard.com/jpmorganchase
(Please note that no “www” is required at the front of this web address.)
- User ID: Your credit card number
Password: Enter the temporary password provided in your set-up email.
- You will be notified that your password has expired and be prompted to change your password. Follow the online instructions entering the temporary password in the “Old Password” field and your choice of password in the “New Password” field.
- Enter an e-mail address (required).
- Next you will be prompted to enter a new User ID. While the instructions do not say this, please be aware that the User ID is case sensitive. So, if you use upper case letters here, you will need to use them with logging on in the future.
- Next you will be prompted to enter answers to three security questions. Each time you log on, you will be prompted to answer one of these three questions.
For future access, use the same web address with your new User ID and password. When you log on, you will see “CENTRAL TEXAS CONFERENCE” and “JEFF JONES” in the upper left hand corner of the screen. But your name will be in the upper right hand corner of the screen next to the words, “Welcome back.”
To View Account Activity:
- Click the “Reports” tab
- Click “Run Reports”
- Select “Account Statement Report” and the appropriate dates
