The CTCSC team has created this Charge Conference form submissions portal to gives churches the option of submitting the forms to their district office without having to attach them to a large e-mail or needing to print and mail/hand deliver. If you received forms directly from your district office, you can use the portal to return those to the district offices along with the ones you access from the portal. Most of the forms (the 2013 Pastor Support & Compensation and some district-specific ones are not yet available but will be as soon as possible), step-by-step instructions, a troubleshooting tab to get you quick answers to questions regarding the portal and the forms, FAQs and more are available from each of the district pages listed below.
